DESIGN
The old saying is "form follows function" and that's how we approach any design opportunity, whether it's a new design or a redesign to make a client project come in on budget or perform as intended.
FABRICATION
We employ a network of high capacity suppliers and components manufacturers to provide our basic material requirements based on client needs. Our in house fabrication and custom shop pulls the project together and ships the finished goods to the jobsite.
INSTALLATION
Teams of installers located in all major metropolitan areas work together with our shop to receive and install client millwork shipments, whether they come from our shop or the client's standard suppliers.
OUR WORK
WHAT WE DO AND WHAT WE'VE DONE
Performance Millwork specializes in commercial and retail interior woodwork. Our clients are typically general contractors and owner/developers of offices spaces, retail stores, and restaurants of almost any size or scale.
We fabricate and install complete millwork packages using our own in house capabilities combined with material sourcing specified by designers and architects, and we install millwork and fixtures packages supplied by owners should that be what the project requires.
We can assist with designing to a budget in a design/build scenario and we also competitively bid projects sent to us by established and potential clients.
